here (a poem)

here

there is
a monet
in your roses

france has never seen
and it is all yours

tibet
and thailand
are down the street

where emerald buddha
walks golden lab

you can
pilgrimage
to the park

and find saint james
under the jungle gym

or the
dalai lama
as your neighbor

for they are both bald
and always smiling
